Developed by the Livestock, Bulk and Rural Carriers Association (LBRCA), HVRAP is your one-stop-heavy-vehicle-rollover shop to access tools and resources and learn from the real-life experiences of professional drivers at your own pace, in your own time, and on your terms.  HVRAP empowers industry to create a culture of safety, and a culture of safety is a culture of success.
